(Ice cream, car, rock, toys, God’s Word, God’s forgiveness, happiness, money, friendship, Jesus) If the students provide different responses allow them to explain why they made their choice. If it is temporary they will ‘melt’ (slide down to the ground). If the item is permanent they freeze in a pose like a statue. Explain that you are going to name something that will last forever (permanent) and something that can be destroyed (temporary).
